FDS/FPD Data Reporting Tool

TCIHC is not only improving access and quality of family planning services in Urban Primary Health Centers (UPHCs) but also improving the quality of data reported, especially related to fixed day static service/family planning day (FDS/FPD). As a result, it introduced a simple FDS/FPD data reporting tool.
