Sarah Brittingham supports the KM portfolio of The Challenge Initiative, specifically as it relates to the work of Francophone West Africa and East Africa hubs. She’s fluent in French and Spanish as well as conversant in Portuguese.
Before joining CCP, Sarah worked for a direct service organization, Center for Child and Family Health as well as Teacher/Facilitator of Youth Sexual Education. While in graduate school, she worked at IntraHealth International supporting the communications portfolio and West African country offices. She has a MPH from University of North Carolina and a Masters of Arts in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands.
