Our Team

Glenn Bede Benablo is an international health development professional holding a master’s degree in international healthcare systems and currently finishing his doctoral degree in development administration majoring in public governance.

Glenn has over 25 years’ experience in developing and managing family planning, adolescent reproductive health, maternal and child health, and local/international health volunteering programs. More than half of Glenn’s professional practice is intensive in managing USAID flagship projects on family planning and adolescent reproductive health in the Philippines. He also has a strong local and international health volunteering management experience mostly providing programmatic advising services to Mongolia, Sierra Leone and the Philippines.

As TCI’s Chief of Party for the Philippines, Glenn leads a team that supports about 20 TCI cities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao under the direction of the Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF).
