Gary Saffitz was instrumental in the development of TCI’s proposal, understands the unique challenges and vision for the project and therefore will continue to provide cross-operational program management in the capacity of Principal Consultant. He is a seasoned program professional with a life-long career focused on large-scale national strategies and country-based programs, combining advocacy, strategic communication, social marketing, and social/behavior change interventions that result in measurable and oftentimes game-changing impact.
Mr. Saffitz brings more than 30 years of deep experience working with the private sector, public sector and host country governments, not-for-profits, academia, large foundations, and individual philanthropists. Along with an excellent reputation as a collaborator, innovator, and hands-on practitioner, he is known for his integrity, vision, mentoring skills, and ability to achieve results. He is well-versed with the opportunities and challenges involved in creating a new program paradigm and in the development and widespread dissemination of toolkits, communities of practice, and high-impact capacity-building training programs.
