Our Team

Carolyn Combs serves as Grants & Contracts Manager for The Challenge Initiative (TCI). She is responsible for all the financial and compliance aspects of TCI sponsored activities. Prior to her work with TCI, since 2017 she has held financial management roles within the various grants under Performance Monitoring for Action (PMA) and the International Conference for Family Planning.

Prior to joining the Gates Institute, Carolyn has spent over a decade in the private university and healthcare systems working in financial analysis, accounting, and program coordination.
