TCI University’s approach to training combines traditional classroom instruction along with more innovative approaches to learning, including experiential learning, eLearning, participatory workshops, and more. TCI University uses blended learning, a learner-centered approach that offers a combination of various techniques, activities and learning environments (e.g., individual/self-paced; trainer/instructor led; peer-to-peer; coaching; structured on-the-job training).

Blended learning is responsive to the needs and characteristics of individual learners, offering them multiple ways to access information and instructional and/or information sharing opportunities in order to meet learning goals and objectives.

Cadres of Master Trainers and Trainers at the global and regional levels will lead training efforts, including matching the best methodology and approaches for the learners and subject matter.
