The TCI Nigeria Demand Generation (DG) team facilitated the gathering of more than 70 stakeholders from 10 TCI-supported states and 3 NURHI-supported states across the federation to participate in what was tagged the first ever Virtual Strategy Development Workshop in TCI Nigeria, using the online zoom and mural platforms. The workshop, which was held from 27-29 May 2020, included representatives from the Health Promotion Unit of State Ministry of Health/Primary Health Care Management Board, the State Social Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) platforms, Life Planning for Adolescents and Youth (LPAY) Ambassadors and NGOs/CSOs.
This summary report highlights key exercises from the three-day meeting, the priorities identified as a result and learnings for those who may want to replicate the participatory and engaging nature of this virtual meeting experience.
