Sexual and Reproductive Health is unique among other health programs because of the significant social aspect of the cases involved. The issues of sex, sexuality, responsible parenthood and contraception extend beyond the confines of a physician & client, bit goes beyond- rippling through their partners, families, communities, and culture as a whole.

While there is no single encompassing program runway to address or even anticipate all these environmental dimensions, TCI recommends key high impact practices & interventions designed to recruit specific subsets of the population to serve as allies in  co-developing key messages & communications strategies and advocates in disseminating positive messaging to develop an enabling environment.
