The document was designed by the Nigerian Urban Reproductive Health Initiative (NURHI) to address ‘ missed opportunities’ of potential family planning clients (i.e women of reproductive age) who visited its High Volume Sites for antenatal care, childhood immunization services, labor and delivery, post abortion care or HIV/AIDS services and were not counseled on family planning.
