With State and LGA stakeholders, TCI Nigeria conducts a performance improvement assessment (PIA) of all high-volume sites in TCI-supported States. This assessment looks at human resource, training and equipment gaps.
In addition to the traditional family planning PIA assessment tool, a youth-friendly services module has been developed.
