Niger State Action Plan for Advancing the Health and Development of Adolescents and Young People (2015-2020)

This document lays out steps to facilitate the operationalization of Niger State’s Adolescent Health & Development Policy through a multi-sector approach. Its specific objectives are to: spell out strategies of implementation; identify priority activities and major implementing agencies; provide an avenue and basis for resource mobilization and management of a sustainable State AYHD program; and outline a logical framework for implementing the Policy that will also be used for monitoring and evaluation purposes. The activities are summarized into seven (7) broad categories, namely, leadership & governance; service delivery; human resources; financing; community participation & ownership; partnership building and research promotion.
