The final in TCIHC’s webinar series was held on May 27, 2020, titled “Leading to Change Management: Ensuring quality in family planning service delivery.” This webinar introduced participants to TCIHC’s Quality Assurance (QA) approach, which is designed to ultimately lead to a client’s satisfaction with family planning service delivery. QA is about preventing errors in service delivery by deploying a Quality Management System along with prevention and safeguarding activities. India’s National Urban Health Mission specifies dedicated attention and focus on bringing QA in services such as family planning across all service delivery points including urban primary health centers. The webinar slides can be found here in English.
