The third in TCIHC’s webinar series was held on May 20, 2020, titled “Know the Pulse of Your Initiative: Strategies for effective data based decision making to inform and improve urban family planning program in India” This webinar introduced participants to one of the proven solutions TCIHC uses to help local governments use data more effectively. Like other countries, India has issues with data management. In addition, available data is often not consolidated, fully analyzed or presented in a manner that can help stakeholders understand current performance or make informed programmatic decisions. When data is analyzed and discussed regularly, it can help programmers determine corrective measures or encourage good performance. The webinar slides can be found here in English.
