Firozabad City Health Plan is a step towards designing and developing convergent actions of various stakeholders at city level in health program strengthening. This plan has been developed in consultation with stakeholders at various levels. It contains details of potential areas of convergence among the departments and short/long term actions that were mutually agreed upon. In addition, it provides various tools to monitor progress at the UPHC level and draw suitable actions to counter emerging issues.
